Requirements

• PHP 8.1 or newer
• WordPress 6.0 or newer recommended
• Elementor for page widgets
• Google Maps or Mapbox API Key (optional, for maps)

Install and license

1. Download the latest ZIP from your Emargy account.
2. Open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
3. Install and activate the ZIP.
4. Open Real Estate → License, enter the key, and activate it for the current domain.

Licensed updates are verified dynamically with Ed25519 signatures. Emargy Real Estate keeps a cached offline validation window after a successful check.

Emargy Real Estate handles search parameters efficiently through a cached AJAX system. Transients cache common community or price range queries for zero database bloat.

• Search endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
• Autocomplete suggestions search taxonomy terms and post titles.
• Queries are optimized to run against cached transients first.
• Search caches are automatically cleared when you save or update a property.

Open Elementor and drag any of the custom Emargy Real Estate widgets onto your template:

• Property Search Filter: Advanced filter controls with communities, project taxonomy, price sliders, and features checklist.
• Property Gallery & Slider: Display property images or dynamic layouts.
• Community Maps: Embed Mapbox or Google Maps with community boundaries.
• Floor Plans Accordion: Custom nested templates to display property floor layouts.

The currency engine converts listing prices dynamically between AED and USD based on configuration:

1. Go to Real Estate → Settings → Currency.
2. Set your default currency and optional fixed exchange rate override.
3. Live exchange rates are cached for 24 hours to guarantee fast frontend load times.

Developers can hook into the emargy_re_exchange_rate filter to inject custom live rate feeds.

Map does not load

Verify that your API keys are correct in the settings and that the community or property has correct latitude and longitude coordinates.

Dynamic tags are empty

Make sure the current post template is bound to the Property post type and that the meta fields are filled in the edit page.

Updates not showing

Check that your license key is active. Go to WordPress Updates and click Check Again. If issues persist, contact [email protected].
