Emargy StoreKit questions, answered

Clear answers about capabilities, compatibility, licensing, privacy, and implementation.

What is Emargy StoreKit?

StoreKit is a modular component kit for Elementor and WooCommerce. It adds focused storefront widgets for product images, swatches, add-to-cart, product grids, product storytelling, header actions, wishlist, comparison, and checkout presentation.

Does StoreKit replace WooCommerce checkout or product data?

No. WooCommerce remains authoritative for products, variations, prices, stock, cart validation, checkout fields, totals, and order creation. StoreKit provides presentation and interaction layers around those native systems.

Can I enable only selected widgets?

Yes. Each module can be enabled independently, and modules that depend on Elementor or WooCommerce do not load when their dependency is unavailable. The reserved empty-cart module is disabled by default and does not alter output.

How are cart and variation requests protected?

StoreKit verifies WordPress nonces, rate-limits custom cart endpoints, bounds quantities, checks that products are purchasable, and verifies that submitted variations belong to the selected parent product.

Does it work with any Elementor theme?

The widgets are designed for Elementor-based WooCommerce builds and inherit both WooCommerce data and Elementor styling controls. Theme CSS and third-party checkout or cart replacements can still require project-specific compatibility testing.

What are the technical requirements?

Version 2.2.0 requires PHP 8.1 or newer. WooCommerce and Elementor are required for the modules that use them; dependency-free modules load only when their own requirements are met.
