The Challenge
A3JAMI is an Arabic youth and general-interest publication with an archive spanning multiple subjects and years. Its website needed to help readers move between featured stories, topic archives and individual articles within a coherent editorial identity.
The challenge was to give the archive a clear hierarchy: what to read first, how to browse by interest and where to continue after finishing an article, while keeping dated article URLs accessible.
Our Solution
Emargy created an Arabic-first magazine experience with right-to-left layouts, prominent Arabic headlines, warm neutral backgrounds and red editorial accents. The homepage combines a lead story, supporting features, editors' picks, latest articles and most-read content.
Topic archives, pagination and site search offer different routes into the publication. Article pages bring together author attribution, publication dates, images, tags, related stories and sharing links. A contributor submission page gives writers a dedicated route to send articles for editorial review.
The inspected dated article URL and its existing media path remain accessible. Visible search foundations include canonical links, descriptive page titles and Organization, WebSite and NewsArticle structured data. The site also provides RSS access and designated advertising placements.
The Result
The website gives A3JAMI a consistent Arabic editorial experience across its homepage, topic archives and article pages. Readers can browse by subject, search the archive and continue to related content.
At review, the archive displayed 320 articles across 11 topic sections. A live search for ChatGPT returned three matching articles, and the inspected dated article URL opened with its content and author information.
