Visitors had to be able to search by intent, property type, bedroom range, and price range, while the company needed every inquiry to move directly into its CRM workflow instead of being managed manually inside WordPress.
Our Solution
Emargy built the website on WordPress using the custom Emargy theme foundation, then developed a dedicated property search plugin tailored to the real estate browsing experience. The platform supports Arabic and English, property listings, structured property cards, buy/rent/off-plan browsing, and a search flow designed around real buyer and tenant behavior.
All contact forms were connected directly to the client’s CRM. Leads are not stored inside the website dashboard, which gives Casa Linda a cleaner operational workflow and stronger privacy control over customer inquiries.
