HEXA HOME REALTY needed a property website that could organise different decisions: buying a home, renting, exploring off-plan projects or discussing an investment brief.
The Challenge
HEXA HOME REALTY needed a property website that could organise different decisions: buying a home, renting, exploring off-plan projects or discussing an investment brief. Property specifications, photography, location and project information had to be easy to compare within a consistent brand experience.
The challenge was to connect discovery with a useful conversation, giving visitors enough context to understand an opportunity and a clear way to explain their requirements to an advisor.
Our Solution
Emargy developed a custom real estate website around the brand promise, “Property with purpose.” Large typography, a restrained black-and-ivory palette and generous architectural imagery create a distinctive visual identity across the homepage and detail pages.
The content architecture separates sale and rental inventory, off-plan developments, the Private Collection, UAE locations and editorial insights. Property pages bring photography, price, location, specifications, amenities and decision context together. Project pages add developer information, payment structure, expected handover and source references.
Interactive image galleries allow visitors to open photographs and move between images. Property and project enquiry forms retain the context of the page, while the Property Match brief gathers purpose, preferred location, budget, property type, bedrooms and contact preferences for human follow-up. The site also uses descriptive headings, canonical links and structured RealEstateAgent and WebSite data on its homepage.
The Result
The website brings property discovery, detailed presentation and advisory enquiries into one branded experience. Visitors can move from a home or development overview to its supporting information and a relevant enquiry form.
The implementation provides distinct presentation formats for individual properties and off-plan projects, alongside a guided requirements brief that supports the next conversation with an advisor.
