Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or higher
• WooCommerce (latest stable recommended)
• PHP 7.4 or higher

Install the plugin

1. Download emargy-flows.zip from your account dashboard.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, upload the ZIP and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate.

Activate your license

Open Emargy Flows → License, paste your license key, and click Activate License to enable automation and updates.

What Emargy Flows does

Emargy Flows automates your WooCommerce store: it recovers abandoned carts, sends follow-up email sequences, notifies customers on WhatsApp, and manages smart coupons.

First steps

1. Open the Emargy Flows menu after activation.
2. Create your first Abandoned Cart recovery flow and set the delay and message.
3. Connect your email sender and (optionally) a WhatsApp provider.
4. Turn the flow on and watch results in the analytics dashboard.

Recommended first flows

• Abandoned cart reminder (1 hour, then 24 hours).
• Post-purchase thank-you and review request.
• Win-back sequence for lapsed customers.

Channels

• Email — uses your WordPress mailer by default; configure an SMTP service for best deliverability.
• WhatsApp — connect a provider to send order and recovery messages.

Flows & triggers

Each flow has a trigger (cart abandoned, order placed, customer inactive), a delay, and one or more actions. Use segmentation to target customers by cart value, purchase history, or engagement.

Coupons

Create dynamic coupons with expiry dates and usage limits, and attach them to a recovery step to increase conversions. Track performance in the analytics dashboard.

Emails are not sending

• Confirm WordPress can send mail; install an SMTP plugin or configure your mail service.
• Check that the flow is enabled and the trigger conditions are met.
• Review the flow logs for delivery errors.

License won't activate

• Verify the key and remaining site activations.
• Ensure outbound HTTPS to https://emargy.com is allowed by your host.
